This is the privacy policy for Capital Website Design, a sole trader web design studio based in Wellington, New Zealand. It explains what information is collected when you use this website, and what happens with it.

What is collected

The only information collected through this site is what you enter into the contact form: your name, business name, email address, and the message you send. Basic anonymous server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be kept for a short time to keep the site secure and running.

How it is used

Contact form submissions are used to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to send project updates and invoices. That is it.

Sharing

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be stored in standard business tools (email, accounting software) that Capital Website Design uses to run the studio.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what information Capital Website Design holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email capital.web.design@gmail.com and it will be handled promptly.
