Straight answers to the questions I get most.

Who owns the domain?: You do. The domain is always registered in your name, in your account, paid on your card. If we ever part ways, no one has to chase anyone for a login.
What if I want changes later?: Small tweaks like a new menu item, a swapped photo, an updated phone number are quick and cheap, usually done same week. Bigger changes (a new section, a new page) are quoted per job. No monthly retainer, ever.
How long does it take?: About a week from the day you send me your content (photos, hours, menu, prices). If you are still gathering that, it stretches. I will always give you a real date, not a vague window.
What if I do not have good photos yet?: That is fine. We can launch with what you have, and I can point you at a local photographer for the next round. Or you can shoot a few phone photos with a bit of guidance and they will look far better than you think.
Can I add booking or an online shop later?: Yes. Most bookings run through a third party tool like Fresha, Timely, or Calendly and I can wire that in. Small shops (a handful of products) are doable too. Full ecommerce with hundreds of SKUs is not what I do, and I will tell you honestly if you have outgrown me.
What happens after launch?: You get the domain, hosting and files in your name. You can email me any time for small changes or questions. There is no ongoing fee to me, just your own hosting and domain (usually under $30 a month combined).
Do you do SEO?: Basic on-page SEO is included: proper titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text, and a sitemap. Ongoing SEO campaigns (blogging, link building, ads) are a different job and I would rather point you to someone who does that full time.
How do payments work?: Half up front to get on the schedule, half when the site goes live. Bank transfer or Stripe. No hourly rates, no subscriptions, no auto renewals.
